A call out to all interested members and Match Representatives!

Sandbelt Bowls Region is conducting a Seminar on
“Conditions of Play for Club Events”.
In general Clubs have conducted events without much of a problem but there have been requests for information over the past year that may be answered if a Club had put in place some conditions of play.
It is the intention of the Sandbelt Umpires committee to run a Seminar to assist Clubs write their own conditions of play for their events
WHEN: Sunday August 29th
WHERE: Burden Park BC
WHAT TIME: 1.00 pm till 3.00 pm
It is hoped that Clubs will send “Match committee members” who are responsible for the conduct of events (perhaps 2 members) but others are welcome to attend.
As an added bonus Matt Ottobre will attend to outline how Clubs can use BowlsLink for entries, draws and results.

NOTE: The Seminar is dependent on sufficient number of Clubs being interested in the Seminar.
Presently there are not enough entries, but this opportunity has never (to my mind), been offered before, and I think we should embrace it for the good of the Club.
